The Seasons - Come and Sing: Online Registration

Having an online booking system is a new step for us and we are using PayPal so you can pay securely by credit card. We’ll try to make it as easy as we can for you to register and pay for our Come and Sing day online, but if you have any problems at all please email treasurer@penyardsingers.org.uk with your contact details and query.

First we need to know who is coming, and whether each singer needs a score. If a singer needs a score you need to pay £12, if they have their own choose the £10 option. Write the name of the singer in the text box and tell us whether they are soprano, alto, tenor or bass. When you click Add to list the first time you will find that a new internet browser window (or tab) will open up, in addition to this website. This is the PayPal shopping cart. Every time you click Add to the list, the PayPal shopping cart will be updated with another line and the subtotal to pay will increase.

Unfortunately, when you click Add to the list, the name of the singer you just added doesn’t disappear from the text box on our website. Please take care not to click and add the same singer twice. You can overwrite what you’ve previously written with the name and voice of another singer and click Add to the list again. Your PayPal shopping cart should then update with a new line and the name of the next singer.

Please check your shopping cart carefully. If you add a singer more than once, forget to tell us what they’re called or what voice they are, tick the box in the Remove column and click the Update cart button underneath the Total

If you’d like us to provide a lunch for you, please choose from the following options and Add my lunch for a named singer in exactly the same way as you added in the participants. Your PayPal shopping cart should update after each addition with what you’ve chosen. You can select from a Meat, Fish or Cheese salad box (includes bread), a meat sandwich or a cheese sandwich.

We hope you’re still doing alright and you can see everything that you’ve added in your PayPal shopping cart. If you’ve lost your shopping cart, click this button to bring it back.

Please give the shopping cart a check over:

      Have you told us the name and voice of all the singers?

      Have you checked the quantity for each singer or lunch item is only 1?

      Have you chosen a lunch for every singer that wants one and their name is by their lunch?

You’re now ready to click the orange Proceed to checkout button on the PayPal shopping cart. If you have a PayPal account you will be able to login and use it. If you don’t have a PayPal account please click on the Continue link to the left of the screen just above all the card pictures and under the header Don’t have a PayPal account?

Make your payment, ensuring that you give us your Name, address, contact telephone number and email address so that we can send you a confirmation as soon as we get the information from PayPal. We will then send you a welcome email and all the information you need to join us on the 24th April. The name on your credit card statements will be PAYPAL*PENYARDSING
